I am a PhD Candidate in Epidemiology at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. My research focuses on global infectious disease emergence and disease transmission at the human-animal interface.
At DLSPH, I am a Doctoral Fellow in the Collaborative Specialization in Global Health where I am supervised by Dr. David Fisman. I am also a Fellow in the Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Initiative at the Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security.
I am supported by a Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, and my PhD research is jointly funded through an International Development Research Centre Doctoral Award and a National Geographic Early Career Grant.
